What's your return policy?
All sales are final — we do not accept returns.
We understand that sometimes adjustments are needed, so we’re happy to offer exchanges on in-stock items.
To request an exchange, please contact us directly within 2 days of receiving your order.
All items must be in their original, unworn condition and packaging to qualify for an exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

How long does shipping take?
All orders are shipped via FedEx Insured Shipping to ensure your purchase arrives safely and securely.
- Flat Rate: $25
- Shipping Time: 2 Business Days (after your order has been processed)
- Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 business days for order processing before shipment.
- Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
- Insurance: All packages are fully insured for their value to provide peace of mind during transit.
We currently ship within the United States. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate, as we cannot be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Can I customize my jewelry?
Yes! we offer custom designs and made to order pieces.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the U.S. only.

Do all diamonds come with certification?
All diamonds are lab grown, whether graded or not. (Diamonds under 1 carat are never graded.)
See the description for each item to see if it is certified.
If an item is not certified, we can include an appraisal for an additional $40.
What metals do you use?
We mainly use 14K white, yellow, and rose gold, as well as platinum.

For custom orders, we use the metal choice of preference.
Do you offer insurance on your pieces?
We offer an optional appraisal certificate for insurance purposes for $40.
All pieces include a 3 month warranty covering manufacturing defects. (Some exclusions may apply.)
Can I trade in my old pieces with you?
We do not offer trade-in options at the moment.
